If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning your item to ensure proper delivery.

Refunds

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A photo of the defective or damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Products not returned in their original packaging
